Hello everyone. My name is Scott and I am the owner of this little blog. I have been running and writing in Powered By Gay since July 2002. I actually had a weblog before then too, but I don't really count that because it was ghetto and I never really updated it.

I am 27 years old and I live in Sacramento, CA. I took the plunge last year and bought a loft. I LOVE it. I live here with my hubby Roque. We have been together since Sept of 2003. he is the love of my life and can't imaging being without him.

I am just your basic guy, I like to watch tv and kick it with friends. I admit I am not your typical homo in the sense that I dress like a total straight guy and I lack the gay shopping gene. Unless of course I am shopping for electronics because I am a total technology geek.

I like to do outdoor things. I like to go cycling, camping, hiking, and those sorts of things. Although I admit I don't get to do any of that as much as I would like because I am super busy. Currently I work full time and I am working on getting my masters degree in electrical engineering. Basically that means I have no life when school is in session.
